70% Grenache Blanc provenant de chez Daid Caër, Adissan dans le L’Hérault et 30% Muscat d’Alexandrie provenant de chez Vincent Lafage, Canet en Roussillon, P.O.
Vinification :
Grenache Blanc et Muscat d’Alexandrie ont été macéré en grappes entières pendant 12 jours séparément. Assemblé après pressurage pour finir la fermentation alcoolique ensemble.
Mise en bouteille le vendredi 24 novembre 2023 sans aucun soutirage.
Pur jus de raisins, rien d’autre. Rien n’est ajouté, rien n’est enlevé.

Winemaking:
Grenache Blanc and Muscat d’Alexandrie were macerated in whole clusters for 12 days separately. Assembled after pressing to finish the alcoholic fermentation together.
Bottled on Friday November 24, 2023 without any racking.
Pure grape juice, nothing else. Nothing is added, nothing is taken away.
