La moitié des Riesling et des Gewurztraminer sont pressés directement, l’autre moitié en trempette en grappes entières pendant un mois.
Mise en bouteille le vendredi 1er aout 2025.
Pur jus de raisins, rien d’autre. Rien n’est ajouté, rien n’est enlevé.

Vinification:
Harvest on Friday, September 27, 2024.
Half of the Riesling and Gewurztraminer are pressed directly, the other half soaked whole bunches for one month.
Bottled on Friday, August 1, 2025.
Pure grape juice, nothing else. Nothing is added, nothing is removed.
