Trempette pendant 1 mois des Gewurztraminer en grappes entières dans le jus du pressurage directe des Auxerrois.
Mise en bouteille le jeudi 8 décembre 2022.
Pur jus de raisins, rien d’autre. Rien n’est ajouté, rien n’est enlevé.

2022年9月15日（木）に収穫。全房のゲヴュルツトラミネールを、ダイレクトプレスのオーセロワの果汁に1ヶ月間浸漬する。2022年12月8日（木）に瓶詰め。
